FORGIVING ANOTHER PERSON

• Lord Jesus, I forgive _________________ for _________________.

• I forgive him, and I bless him.

FORGIVING YOURSELF

• Lord Jesus, forgive me for __________________. I receive Your forgiveness, and because You have forgiven me, I choose to forgive myself.

RELEASING OFFENSE TOWARD GOD

SAMPLE PRAYER

• Lord Jesus, I recognize that I am a sinner and that I need You. I have lived my own way, and I ask You to forgive me for my sin.

• I believe that You died for my sins, were buried, and rose again. I believe that You are the Son of God and that You alone can save me.

• Today I turn from my old life and place my faith in You. I receive Your gift of forgiveness and salvation. I surrender my life to You.

• Father God, I come before You in the Name of Jesus, trusting fully in the finished work of the cross. I thank You that through the blood of Jesus I am cleansed, forgiven, and made whole. I ask that You wash me—spirit, soul, and body—and renew my mind by Your truth.

• By the authority of Jesus Christ and according to Your Word, I release and entrust to You every person I ministered to today. I let go of all responsibility that belongs to You alone, and I ask that You continue the good work You have begun in them. I place each one securely into Your care.

• I ask You, Father, to remove any spiritual burden, fatigue, or residue that does not come from You, and to restore me with Your peace. I stand in the freedom You have given me in Christ and rest in Your protection.

• Holy Spirit, I ask You to seal the work You accomplished today and to guard my heart and mind with the peace of God. Thank You for the privilege of stewarding what You have entrusted to me, and for being my strength and refuge.
